As a Business Development Manager at QDeals, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business partnerships, managing relationships with existing partners, and driving the overall growth of our platform. Your role will involve negotiating deals, creating strategic alliances, and ensuring that our partners are fully satisfied with their experience working with QDeals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential business partners to expand QDeals’ network of offers and discounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business partnerships that align with QDeals’ goals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns that highlight our partners’ offers.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, including performance metrics and progress toward targets.
Represent QDeals at industry events, networking functions, and meetings with potential partners.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Familiarity with the Philippine market and local business landscape.
