Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and ensuring all their needs are met post-sale. You will collaborate closely with our project and operations managers to ensure seamless communication and execution of all client-related tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of Western culture.

Act as the primary liaison between the client and the company, maintaining a positive and productive relationship.
Conduct meetings with clients via Zoom or in-person for local clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
Communicate all action items and client requirements to the project and operations managers.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally, with a focus on maintaining and strengthening relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or client-facing position.
Strong understanding of Western culture and business practices.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues with tact and professionalism.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and other relevant software. Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of a College Degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications).
