As an SEO and SEM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for both our clients and our own websites. You will be responsible for keyword research, on-page optimization, managing paid search campaigns, conducting audits, generating reports, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in SEO and SEM.

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Perform on-page optimization to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of websites to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on SEO and SEM performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Drive growth in website reach and organic traffic through effective SEO strategies.
- Understand and implement the latest SEO trends, including algorithm updates from Google and other search engines.
- Develop and execute content strategies in collaboration with the content team, ensuring alignment with SEO goals.
- Provide structural planning and execution for client and company websites.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to integrate SEO best practices into all digital marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a college degree in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Google Ads certification.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEM practices. Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Experience Level:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and SEM, with a proven track record of success.
